These Terms govern your use of truecrestprotection.com (the "Website"), operated by TrueCrest Protection ("we", "us"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Role

We are a marketing and referral service. We are not an insurer, insurance agency, vehicle service contract provider or administrator, or government agency. We do not issue policies or contracts, provide quotes, or guarantee coverage, pricing or eligibility. Vehicle service contracts are not insurance and are not manufacturer warranties. We may be compensated by participating providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident, and you confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you own or are authorized to use the phone number and email you provide.

4. Consent to Contact

If you check the consent box, you give express written consent for TrueCrest Protection and the Marketing Partners listed for the product you selected to contact you about that product, including by automated calls and texts and artificial or prerecorded voice, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent for one product is not used to market unrelated products. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP. See Consent Information.

5. Text Messages

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

6. Electronic Records

Checking the consent box and submitting is your electronic signature. We may record evidence of your consent, including through TrustedForm.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not submit false information or another person's information, misuse the Website, or use automated means to access it.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY PROVIDER.

9. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Waiver

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@truecrestprotection.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
